Today is an explanation of my user name - Elliptical Man.
While I was on a certain web site, the shortest screen name allowed was three characters. So I went by ... (an ellipsis) Then, whilst planning a spoof of secret agent stories, I needed a name for my secret agent. Thus, Elliptical Man was born. I don't know why it's Elliptical and not Ellipsical. It seems a bit much like the fitness machine. But the internet is never wrong.
Anyhoo, there were three stories about Elliptical Man. They were all written for a daily writing contest, with prompts. The first was Elliptical Man's Escape. The second involved tracking down the Albanian Fox (Albany, not Albania) after she tried to poison the President. The last one features EM saving Hollywood's film industry from the Albanian Fox's fiendish plot and being thanked in person by Jennifer Connelly.
These sound very entertaining and you must like Jennifer Connelly
