One more for the ladies:
I just don`t understand the Germans loving David Hasselhoff. My mom is from Wittenberg about an hour south from Berlin. She escaped from the East to the West in late 1946 and then helped my Opa escape in 1950 when the Russians let him out of their concentration camp (before he was in the German concentration camp).
