Ugh. I run into identity verification problems all the time at work. Usually some older person who (1) set their recovery to a landline phone that can't receive texts (2) set their recovery email to one they no longer have access to (3) had some else set up their account and have no clue what any of their passwords/recovery options are. (4) Company is just being an ass. Hope you can get it resolved.
