So I hit up Target again. Bought a 16-pack box of Topps Series 1 baseball.
The collation was - to put it nicely - horrible. Of the 226 base cards, 107 were dupes. Almost every pack was repeated except for the inserts. Obviously, when it's this bad, it's intentional. Some asshole at Topps decided to screw a customer.
- I got 4 of the '87 throwbacks, so 1 every 4 packs.
- I'm not playing the HR Challenge game. It's up for trade on TCDB.
- 2 Welcome to the Show cards (Roger Clemens), so 1 every 8 packs.
- 18 Stars of MLB cards (including 3 dupes) so about 1 per pack.
- 1 Generation Now - Austin Meadows. Up for trade.
- 1 Greatest Hits - Mike Trout. Up for trade.
- 1 gold parallel (print run of 2022) - Anthony Bender. Up for trade.
- 1 rainbow foil - Ronald Acuna Jr.
- 1 dark blue, which is probably royal blue.
- 1 medium blue, which I don't know what it is.
Miggy card. Winner, winner!
ReplyDeleteI had poor collation with Opening Day, but 107 out of 226 is way worse. Sorry to hear about that.
