I turned my brother on to Immaculate Grid. Now he's better than I am. This weekend he texted me to say he had scored *5*! Not 5 correct answers...a rarity score of 5! Best I've done is around 35 or 40.
No, they do add up the scored, but they give decimal scores for guys under 1%. I think theoretically you could score a 1 if all of your guys are under 0.2%. I've gotten individual players with a score like 0.08%, especially if one of the teams is the Mets and I can pull out some obscure guy from the 1970s like Jack Aker or Danny Frisella.
Not bad! I'm usually quite pleased anytime I get under 90!
ReplyDeleteThanks. This is the only time I've gotten under 90.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I don't understand how rarity score works. I thought the absolute best was 9.

DeleteI've gotten a 3 and a 6 and a bunch in the teens. People don't know their '70s players. ... But if this is the NFL grid, never mind. I can't do that.
ReplyDeleteNFL. I play both but I'm better at this one.
DeleteI must not understand how rarity score is calculated. I thought they just added the % of each of the nine correct picks.
