* The following nations have dual citizenship and can be picked for either or both of their continents:  Egypt (Africa, Asia), Turkey (Europe, Asia), Azerbaijan (Europe, Asia), Georgia (Europe, Asia), Kazakhstan (Europe, Asia), and Russia (Europe, Asia).    

2.  Pick one country.  The winner will be the country with the least citizens per medal won.

Minimum of 2 medals won.   

The prize will be a PWE of cards for each format winner.
