  4. Some other great Yankees from NYC include Waite Hoyt, Ed Lopat and Willie Randolph. Not too many lately. Too bad Manny Ramirez was never a Yankee. Marcus Stroman is a new one this year and has been OK.

    1. Randolph's from South Carolina.
      Hoyt and Lopat are old-timers so I probably figured I had enough already and didn't bother looking them up.
      I went by WAR so that might be why Stroman didn't make it.
