  1. I would add Frederick Douglas and Paul Robeson. Actually Harriet Tubman is famous where I live because the underground railroad ended in the city I live in.

    1. I was considering other BHM posts when I made this list. So Robeson might have made it over Prince, but I would have probably gone with Poitier.

      Douglas is a good choice, but he overlaps with Tubman.
