Film Friday

An abbreviated Film Friday today:

April is National Humor Month.  So let's get to it.

Lenny (1974):  Dustin Hoffman stars as iconic comic Lenny Bruce.  Free speech and all that jazz.

Punchline (1988):  Sally Field is the housewife / comic.  Tom Hanks is the failed medical student / comic.  Because nobody can just be a comic.

Chaplin (1992):  Biopic about Charlie Chaplin, star of the silent film era. Apparently he was a little tramp off-screen as well.
