-  Two cards means I saw the player play for both teams.

-  My memory for specific games sucks, so it's possible I omitted a deserving player.  But I know I didn't see Rivera when I saw the Yankees at Petco and I'm about 90% sure Jeter was injured.  So I don't know who's making this team other than a starting pitcher.

-  I don't call for blog bat-arounds, because readers can use my ideas whenever they want as long as they're not monetized.  But this would be a good one, I think.  At least for the starting line-up, if not the whole team.  Ha.

-  Card images from TCDB, per usual, and all are cards in my collection.

Scoring from My Dealer

A couple more purchases from Target.

A hanger box of 2026 Topps baseball:

-  A bit surprised the BoSox let Betts walk.  But I guess ESPN's ratings were down, so they needed to tighten pay roll.

-  Also surprised that the Big Dumper won a Gold Glove in 2024.

-  Acuna could've been special.  Durability is an ability or something like that.

-  Been pulling plenty of Tatis cards this year.

-  Judge is close to Hall of Fame territory, despite a relatively low Hits total.

-  With back-to-back Cy Young Awards, Skubal's the best pitcher in the AL.

Time Traveling

Another trade with Matty K.

-  The 1982 World Series featured Simmons catching for the Brewers (formerly for the Cardinals) and Darrell Porter catching for the Cardinals (formerly for the Brewers).

-  Santiago won 3 Gold Gloves and 4 Silver Sluggers.

-  Some say Carlton is the best pitcher ever.

-  75.1 WAR for Whitaker.

-  Williams won 4 Gold Gloves and 4 Silver Sluggers.

-  Nomo threw a no-hitter at Coors Field.

-  Might Kershaw sign a one-day contract so he can retire as a Phillie?

-  Tooz had a bit of an acting career after football.

-  Bruce Smith had 200 sacks in the NFL.

Scoring from My Dealer

I visited Target recently, and purchased a 2025 Stadium Club baseball hanger pack and a 2026 Topps baseball hanger box.

Let's see some highlights.

-  And the Yankees lose!

-  Ramirez is getting close to Hall of Fame territory.

-  Larkin's a Hall of Famer, and deservedly so.

-  Phillies legend McCutchen is hoping for the Baines treatment.

-  The Big Hurt only hit 521 Hrs.  Must be really hard to hit 548.

-  Junior won 10 Gold Gloves and 7 Silver Sluggers.

-  Sanchez was robbed of a Cy Young Award last year.

-  Lindor's getting close to Hall of Fame territory.

-  Turner led the NL in BA last season - .304.

-  Kershaw should be a first ballot Hall of Famer.

-  Trout should be a first ballot guy.

-  Altuve's getting close to Hall of Fame territory.  Statistically.

-  Betts deserves to be in the Hall.
