Origin:  Brooklyn. In L.A. since 1958.

Nickname: A reference to dodging trolleys.

Winning: 6 World Series titles and 23 NL pennants   

Post-Season Memory:  Getting owned by the Phillies in the 1983 NLCS.  

Pop Culture:  Game action in Hickey and Boggs. Mentioned in Bobby.

Founded: 1871, as the Red Stockings.  Braves since 1941. 

Origin: Boston.  In Atlanta since 1966 after a stint in Milwaukee. 

Nickname:  A reference to AmerIndian dudes.

Winning: 3 World Series titles and 17 NL pennants. 

Post-Season Memory:  Getting owned by the Phillies in the 1993 NLCS.

Pop Culture:  Mentioned in "I Like It I Love It", by Tim McGraw.

  3. Sadly the post season memory I have for the Dodgers that stands out the most is watching them beat the A's in 1988.
