Cardbarrel Order

72 cards, but I'll just show a few.

-  1961 Topps
-  1973 Topps for the same name collection.
-  A couple 1978 OPC of the other Willie.
-  1978 Topps
-  1979 Topps
-  2017 Topps First Pitch

Of the 72 cards, 17 are 1978 Topps and 10 are 1979 Topps.  Five each of 1972 Topps and 1976 Topps.

  1. The Topps First Pitch insert sets were really cool. Now that's a set I wouldn't mind seeing them bring back.

    1. Yeah. I have a couple binder pages of them. Bought most of them off Cardbarrel, but I traded for a couple on TCDB.

  2. You have a same name collection going too? I had some cards pulled out for another blogger who's doing that, but he already had all of them, so put 'em all back in their respective boxes. I guess I'll have to see if you need any of them the next I come across any.

    1. I found 3 Atwaters, 2 Dennis Smiths, and 1 Roby. But they seem pretty common. Is there a list of all the guys you're collecting?

  3. Great first pitch card. I looked her up and liked what I saw. Good cards and post. The McCovey Record Breaker is my favorite amongst the baseball cards though the Bench All-Star is next.

    1. I'm happy with the Barber card. She cost less than a lot of more famous but less interesting First Pitch people.

  4. Another vote for bringing back First Pitch! I hadn't seen the Barber card as well.
